Health Rosetta is dedicated to implementing and replicating healthcare fixes to save lives and positively impact the economy. As part of our efforts to help create a vibrant, trust-based ecosystem for plan sponsors, at RosettaFest 2026, all Sponsors must agree and adhere to the following:

Complete a Solutions profile on Health Rosetta’s platform.
Acknowledge our Attendee Policy.
Sign an Attestation, affirming your organization’s commitment to CAA rules and other regulations, transparency and disclosure requirements, data-access guidelines, brand-use guidelines, and similar guidelines to ensure the highest levels of accountability, transparency, and innovation in healthcare solutions.

Exhibitor Guidelines

RosettaFest sponsors agree to utilize the General Contractor for shipping and storing containers and boxes for exhibits. General Contractors will deliver items on-site during set up and remove empty containers during the program. They will be on-site to ship out materials following the event. Email sponsorship liaison to get details on the RosettaFest 2026 General Services Contractor and other Exhibiting Guidelines.

Sponsorship Deadline: Priority Pricing through September 30 & December 31, 2025. Regular deadline: May 31, 2026 (or when sponsorships sell out).
